We all have our reasons in life for doing things. The reasons why Temple Street is so close to my heart aside for now [my number is below if you wish to chat/ coffee], this year hopefully will be my 5th year to run, sprint, crawl complete the half marathon on Inis Mór for Temple Street Childrens University Hospital.
Chatting this morning, the suggestion was that I could have opted out, that I’m busy with work and that haven’t I done it for the last 3 [now 4] years. But there’s also the argument for my being lucky [is that even the right word to use ?], that a bit perspective in a world gone mad isn’t such a bad thing and a very strong case for doing something to give a little back.
I know as a business you may like a little return for your dollars and should that be the case; there does exist this garden blog and my dashing good looks and there’s also a garden radio show and podcast (also award winning) that has covered the journey [horticulturally] every single year. And I’m open to suggestions.
You may also decide you wanna walk the island yourself…? Either or, brew on it and lemme know.
If you’ve no few quids, or don’t need a something in return for your dosh, as good as is to give it a RT, a share, a pimping, a re-shout out or just wish my bones the best of luck crossing the finish line. It’s all good. Happy days and thanks you for being so very fantastic.
